Among the types of Personal Data that the Parcel Tracker Platform collects, by itself or through third parties, there are permissions relating to camera usage, storage capacity, tracking, data usage, data communicated. Additionally, while using the service, email address, first names, device information, geographic/regional information, number of users/sessions, application opens, application updates, first launches, operating systems.

Both Recipients & Users have the ability to remove their data from the system. In terms of sensitive data, we remove all sensitive data once a recipient or user is deleted.
