Web platform

To edit a recipient’s information on our web platform:

• In your Parcel Tracker account, click Recipients > click on the search bar.
• Search for the recipient > click on the recipient's name.
• Edit the desired info > click Save.

Android app

To edit a recipient’s information on Android devices:

Click Manage. Click Manage Recipients. Click on the search bar and search for the recipient. Click on the recipient's name. Click Edit > edit the info. Click Update.

iOS app

To edit a recipient’s information on iOS devices:

Click Manage. Click Manage Recipients. Click on the search bar and search for the recipient. Click on the recipient's name. Edit the info > click Save.
