Sort inbound deliveries by recipient, date, and more on Parcel Tracker (for Mailroom/Reception Staff)

Web platform

To view the history of inbound deliveries on our web platform:

• In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar.
• Click Inbound.

• See the total number of pending and collected inbound parcels (since you started using Parcel Tracker).  

• Click on the search bar to search for a specific inbound delivery.

In this section of your Parcel Tracker account, you can sort your inbound deliveries by different filters:

• Click Columns > turn on/off the switch next to the columns you need:

• Filter by Tags: Damaged, Rejected, Perishable, and Large item.  You can select multiple tags. 

• Filter by Delivery Date. This will allow you to see only the parcels that were delivered during a predefined date range.
  • • Click Delivery Date > choose the start date & time > choose the end date & time.

• Filter by Collection Date. This will allow you to see only the parcels that couriers collected from site during a predefined date range.
  • Click Collection Date > choose the start date & time > choose the end date & time.

• Filter by Delivered, Collected, or Both.  
  • • Delivered only shows the parcels that have been delivered but not collected yet.
    • Collected only shows the parcels that have been collected by the recipient.
    • Delivered & Collected shows both of the above.

• Sort by Recipient's Name. 
  • Click Recipient's Name for  for ascending order.
  • Click Recipient's Name again for for descending order.

• Sort by Courier.
  • Click Courier for  for ascending order.
  • Click Courier again for for descending order.

• Sort by Date Received.
  • Click Date Received for  for ascending order.
  • Click Date Received again for for descending order.

• Sort by Date Collected.
  • Click Date Collected for  for ascending order.
  • Click Date Collected again for for descending order.

• Sort by Last Modified.
  • Click Last Modified for  for ascending order.
  • Click Last Modified again for for descending order.

Android app

To sort Parcel Tracker deliveries on Android devices:

Click Manage > click Search History. Click the Filter icon.

To see both delivered and collected parcels: Turn Collected & Not Collected filters on.
To only see collected parcels: Only turn the Collected filter on.
To only see parcels that haven't been collected yet: Only turn the Not Collected filter on.
To see parcels that were delivered/collected during a certain time period: Click Change Dates. Click From > select date. Click To > select date > click OK.
To sort parcels alphabetically: Click for ascending order. Click for descending order.
To sort by date updated: Click for ascending order. Click for descending order.
To clear all filters: Click Reset.

iOS app

To sort Parcel Tracker deliveries on iOS devices:

Click Manage > click Search History. Click Filter.

To see both delivered and collected parcels: Turn Collected & Not Collected filters on.
To only see collected parcels: Only turn the Collected filter on.
To only see parcels that haven't been collected yet: Only turn the Not Collected filter on.
To see parcels that were delivered/collected during a certain time period: Click From > select date > select time. Click Done. Click To > select date > select time. Click Done.
To sort parcels alphabetically: Click for ascending order. Click for descending order.
To sort by date updated: Click for ascending order. Click  for descending order.
To clear all filters: Click Reset.
