How to view the history of inbound deliveries, proof of pickup, and more (for Mailroom/Reception Staff)

Web platform

To view your history of parcel pickups on our web platform:

• In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar.
• Click Inbound > click on the delivery you need > view parcel details.

Android app

To view the history of your deliveries on Android devices:

Click Manage. Click Search History. Click on the parcel you need. Click on courier details. View parcel details.

In the case of collected parcels, to view the proof of collection:

Click on the signature icon.
