Parcel Tracker's GDPR agreement
If it's the first time that a recipient collects a parcel using Parcel Tracker, they will have to sign our GDPR agreement before you can log the parcel out.
To sign the GDPR agreement:

Web platform
On our web platform, you can only log parcels out using the recipient's signature as proof of collection:
- In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Deliveries in the main navigation bar.
- Click on the search bar > search for the recipient.
- Click Mark as Collected > click Mark as Collected again.
- Ask the recipient to leave a signature > click Sign.
- Click OK.

Android app
QR code as proof of collection
Once you notify recipients that they have parcels waiting for them, they will instantly get an email with a QR code.
To log a parcel out by scanning the QR code on Android devices:

Note: If the recipient cannot present a QR code, you can log parcels out manually either using the search bar of the ![]() |

After scanning the QR code (or searching for the recipient's name/room number) on Android devices, you can also log parcels out by scanning the barcodes instead of manually ticking out the parcels:
