To edit the details & permissions of Parcel Tracker mailroom users on our web platform:

• In your Parcel Tracker account, click Mailroom Users.
• Click on the search bar > search for the user > click on the user's name.
• Edit user's details > change user type to modify permissions.
• Click Save > click OK.

Click Manage. Click  Manage Users. Click on the search bar. Search for the user. Click on the user's name. Click Edit > edit user's details. Change user type to modify permissions. Click Save.
