Web platform
To add notes and additional parcel details during the scan process on our web platform:
- In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Deliveries in the main navigation bar.
- Click
Inbound > click the Log New Delivery button.
- Start typing recipient's name > select recipient > enter the barcode.
- Click
Show Advanced > enter courier name > enter the tracking number.
- Click the
drop-down arrow to select tags > add notes > select parcel dimensions > click Add.
You can also add additional details to your already logged parcels:
- Click
Deliveries in the main navigation bar.
- Click
Inbound > click on the delivery you need.
- Add the necessary details.
- Click Update to save the changes.
Android app
