How to mark outbound deliveries as collected by the courier

To mark outbound deliveries as collected by the courier on our web platform:

• In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar.
• Click Outbound > click the Mark as collected button in front of your parcel.
• Enter courier's name > leave a signature or a note.
• Click Collect.

Android app

To mark outbound deliveries as collected by the courier on Android devices:

Click Outbound > click Courier Handoff. Select the courier.  Click Select All next to the name of your sender. Click Collect Selected. Click Collect Parcels.
