To use Parcel Tracker, you will need to provide or purchase your own smart device. We do not provide mobile phones or tablets alongside our software subscription.
The great news is that our app is highly compatible! You can use almost any standard Android or iOS (Apple) device to scan and log packages.
While iPads and Android tablets are fully compatible with our software, we highly recommend using smartphones instead. A phone's compact size makes scanning barcodes much faster and more comfortable for your front-of-house staff during busy delivery windows.
iOS (Apple) Specifications
Suggested Phone: iPhone 12 or newer.
Tablets (iPad): Any model released within the last 4 years (if a tablet is required for your specific desk setup).
Android Specifications
Suggested Phone: Any flagship Android phone released within the past 2 years.
Minimum Suggested Requirements: Any device with at least 6GB of RAM and a 2.8 GHz processor.
Tablets: Fully compatible, though smartphones are still recommended for the most efficient scanning experience.
