What is a Requestor?
A Requestor is someone who works in your building and asks the mailroom to send a parcel or dispatch it to another location.
Users in your system can also be added as recipients, and it is through this recipient account that they can act as a Requestor to have parcels dispatched. While normal plans allow for standard recipients, the ability to request a dispatch through this account is an extra feature exclusively available for the Multi-Mailroom system under the Parcel Tracker Enterprise Plan.
Example:
James from the finance team needs to send a box of flyers to the marketing building. He asks the mailroom to send it for him. A mailroom user logs into Parcel Tracker and dispatches the parcel on his behalf.
Only Owner and Admins users can add other users. Additionally, the Requestor capability is a specialized Enterprise plan feature that must be enabled by our support team upon request. Multi Mailroom is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan. Book a Demo with us to learn more.
