How to edit Sign-up email notifications sent to new recipients to register on Parcel Tracker

Sign-up notifications

You can edit the content of the emails that are sent to new recipients to register on Parcel Tracker.

To edit the email template on our web platform:

  • In your Parcel Tracker account, click

    Notifications.

  • In the Sign-up section, click Actions > click Edit.

  • Edit the email template > click Submit to save the changes.

Template name

To change the name of the template:

  • On the Configure Notifications page, click the

    mceclip0.png

    pen icon.

  • Enter the new name.

  • Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.

Change email subject

To edit the email subject:

  • Click on the Subject line > enter new text.

Change email heading

To edit the email heading:

  • Click on the Heading line > enter new text.

  • Click Variables > select the variable you want to insert in the heading (First Name, Last Name, Parcels Waiting, Parcels Collected, Building Name, Email).

Change email subheading

To edit the subheading:

  • Click on the Subheading line > enter new text.

  • Click Variables > select the variable you want to insert (First Name, Last Name, Parcels Waiting, Parcels Collected, Building Name, Email).

Change email body

To add/edit the email body:

  • Click on the Body line > enter new text.

  • Click Variables > select the variable you want to insert (First Name, Last Name, Parcels Waiting, Parcels Collected, Building Name, Email).

Restore default settings

To undo all the changes and restore default settings:

  • Click the Restore Default button > click Confirm.

  • Click Submit to save the changes.
