Move Out notifications are triggered whenever a parcel is moved out of the site it is assigned to. This keeps recipients informed in real time as their parcels progress through your internal logistics chain, ensuring they are always aware of their delivery status.

This notification type is part of Parcel Tracker's Multi-Mailroom system — a feature designed to track and secure internal parcel movements across multiple sites within an organization. Move Out notifications are exclusively available to users on the Enterprise plan. To learn more about Multi-Mailroom, refer to this guide here.

You can easily customize the automated emails sent to recipients whenever a parcel is moved out of their assigned site. This allows you to tailor the tone and provide any relevant information to match your organization's specific needs.
