Can I edit emails and SMS messages sent to recipients?

Yes, you can! You have the ability to customize the messaging and branding of the alerts sent to your residents.

Only Owner and Admin users can edit email and SMS notification templates. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.

How to edit your templates

You can customize your templates directly from our web platform. Simply log in and click on the Notifications tab found on the main navigation bar. From there, you can select and edit the following categories of Email and SMS notifications:

  • Configuration: Adjust the general layout and format of all your email notifications. This is where you can add your building's custom logo and change the color themes to match your branding!

  • Delivery: Customize the alert sent to recipients the moment a parcel is scanned and ready for collection.

  • Collection: Edit the confirmation message sent out right after a resident successfully picks up their package.

  • Reminder: Tailor the automated nudges sent to remind recipients about unclaimed parcels that are still sitting in the mailroom.

  • Sign up: Customize the welcome email that new recipients receive when they are first added to your building's directory during the setup of your Parcel Tracker services.

While you can edit the SMS template under the Delivery Notification settings, please note that SMS notifications are a paid feature. They must be activated by our team first. If you would like to enable SMS for your account, please reach out to us here.
