How to Manage SMS Notifications (Web Platform)
Log in to your account on the Parcel Tracker Web Platform.
Select
Recipientsfrom the main navigation menu.
Choose the Recipient: Locate the person you wish to update and click
Opento view their profile.
Toggle SMS: Toggle the
SMS Notification SwitchOn or Off based on your preference.
How to Manage SMS Notifications (Mobile Application)
Open Settings: Launch the Parcel Tracker app and tap the
Settingsicon on the bottom-right of the navigation bar.Select Recipients: Tap on the
Recipientsmenu option.
Choose the Recipient: Locate and tap on the specific recipient's name to open their profile.
Toggle SMS: Under the Notifications section, tick the
SMS Notification SwitchOn or Off to update their preferences.
Note: Currently, it is only possible to enable SMS notifications one by one. You can't enable this feature for all recipients in one go.
