Web Platform
To enable/disable SMS notifications for a recipient on our web platform:
- In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Recipients > click on the search bar.
- Search for the recipient > click on the recipient's name.
- Add a phone number (with the extension).
- Turn on/off the SMS Notifications feature > click Save.
Android app
To enable SMS notifications for a recipient on Android devices:

Note: Currently, it is only possible to enable SMS notifications one by one. You can't enable this feature for all recipients in one go. |
