Delivery notifications
You can edit the content of the email that is automatically sent out to recipients when you notify them of new deliveries.
To edit the email template on our web platform:
In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Notifications.
In the Delivery section, click Actions > click Edit.
Click Email > edit the email template > click Submit to save the changes.
Click SMS > edit the SMS notification template > click Submit to save the changes.
Template name
To change the name of the template:
On the Delivery Template page, click the
pen icon.
Enter the new name.
Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.

Change email subject
To edit the email subject:
Click on the Subject line > enter new text.
Change email heading
To edit the email heading:
Click on the Heading line > enter new text.
Click Variables > select the variable you want to insert in the heading (First Name, Last Name, Parcels Waiting, Parcels Collected, Building Name, Email).
Change email subheading
To edit the subheading:
Click on the Subheading line > enter new text.
Click Variables > select the variable you want to insert (First Name, Last Name, Parcels Waiting, Parcels Collected, Building Name, Email).
Change email body
To add/edit the email body:
Click on the Body line > enter new text.
Click Variables > select the variable you want to insert (First Name, Last Name, Parcels Waiting, Parcels Collected, Building Name, Email).
Enable/disable QR codes
To enable/disable QR code in Delivery emails:

To remove/add parcel images & advanced details in Delivery emails:
Restore default settings
To undo all the changes and restore default settings:
Click the Restore Default button > click Confirm.
Click Submit to save the changes.

Edit SMS body
To add/edit SMS body:
Click SMS > click on the Body line > enter new text.
Click Variables > select the variable you want to insert (First Name, Last Name, Parcels Waiting, Parcels Collected, Building Name, Email).
Click Submit to save the changes.
Restore default settings
To undo all the changes and restore default settings:
Click the Restore Default button > click Confirm.
Click Submit to save the changes.
