Learn how to delete all recipients at once in Parcel Tracker.

You can delete all of your recipients at once on the Web Platform.

This action will remove all recipients and parcels from the system. You will not be able to recover the deleted data.

Only Owners and Admin users can delete all recipients.

Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

In your Parcel Tracker account, click Settings > click Delete All > click Confirm.
