Remove a Recipient or Multiple Recipients

Learn how to remove a single or multiple recipients in Parcel Tracker.

Only Owners, Admins and Normal users can edit or remove recipients.

Learn how to remove a recipient or multiple recipients from Parcel Tracker. You can also add recipients and edit recipient information to keep your records accurate and up-to-date.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Recipients.

  2. Check off the box next to the Recipient you want to remove.

  3. You can click Select All to choose all recipients, then click Delete.

4. Click Delete.

Android App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Recipients.

  3. Hold down the Recipient's name.

  4. Click the Delete button.

iOS App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Recipients.

  3. Select the Recipient's name.

  4. Click on the Three Dots at the top of the screen, and click Remove.
