Remove a Recipient or Multiple Recipients

Learn how to remove a single or multiple recipients in Parcel Tracker.

Learn how to remove a single recipient or delete multiple recipients at once from your Parcel Tracker account. Keeping your directory clean helps ensure your records remain accurate and up to date.

Using the Web Platform:

  1. Log into your Parcel Tracker account and click on Recipients.

  2. Check the box next to the specific recipient you want to remove. You may also select multiple recipients by ticking their respective boxes.

  3. Click the Delete button to remove them from your directory.

  4. Click Delete to confirm deletion of the selected recipient(s).

Using the Mobile App:

  1. Open the Parcel Tracker application and tap on Manage.

  2. Select Recipients.

  3. Swipe left on the selected recipient's name and tap the Delete button.

  4. Tap Remove to confirm the deletion.
