You can manage your site list directly from the Web Platform.
Only Owner and Admin users can remove sites. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.
Steps to Remove a Site
Log in to the web platform and select
Sitesfrom the main navigation bar.Click the
small checkboxlocated next to the name of the site you wish to remove.Click the
Deletebutton that appears at the bottom of the screen.A confirmation window will appear. Click
Deleteto finalize the process.
Note: The deleted sites cannot be recovered beyond the set retention period under your Parcel Tracker account settings.
