Site Navigation and Access

Learn how to navigate between the different sites you have access to within the Parcel Tracker platform.

You can only access and switch between the specific sites you have been assigned to. While Owner users have default access to all sites within the organization, other user roles are restricted to their assigned sites. Whether you are at your desk or on the move, switching between your assigned locations is simple.

On the Web Platform

Once you have logged into your account on the web platform, locate the building icon next to your current site name in the dashboard sidebar. Click this icon to select a different site, access multiple sites simultaneously or to view your overall access across multiple locations.

On the Mobile App

Follow these steps to switch between your assigned locations:

  1. Launch the Parcel Tracker app on your mobile device and tap the Settings icon found on the bottom navigation menu.

  2. Tap on My Account to view your profile and access settings.

  3. Select Change Site and tap on the specific location you wish to access from the list then tap Confirm.
