You can only access and switch between the specific sites you have been assigned to. While Owner users have default access to all sites within the organization, other user roles are restricted to their assigned sites. Whether you are at your desk or on the move, switching between your assigned locations is simple.
On the Web Platform
Once you have logged into your account on the web platform, locate the building icon next to your current site name in the dashboard sidebar. Click this icon to select a different site, access multiple sites simultaneously, or view your overall access across multiple locations.
On the Mobile App
Follow these steps to switch between your assigned locations:
Launch the Parcel Tracker app on your mobile device and tap the
Settingsicon found on the bottom navigation menu.Tap
Switch Siteto view the list of sites under your Parcel Tracker account.Select the site you want to switch to from the list and tap on it. Then tap
Confirmto complete the switch.
