The Pick Up feature allows you to log package pickup time, delivery person, and tracking internal organizational package movements.
Only Owners and Admin users can enable this feature.

Move the Parcels on the Web App
Go to the Parcel Tracker website and log in to your account
Navigate to
Parcels.Openthe Parcel that you would like to move.Click on the
Three dotsand click Move.
Select the Site that you would like to move to and click
Move.
Pick up and Move the Parcels on the Mobile App
Access the Move Tab:
Navigate to the “
Move” tab within the Parcel Tracker app.
Initiate Pick Up:
Tap the “
Pick Up” button to begin the process.
Select Site:
You’ll see a list of sites with parcels awaiting pickup, along with the number of parcels at each site.
Select the desired site from which you intend to pick up parcels.
Scan Parcels:
Scan the barcodes of the parcels you are collecting. This action logs the pickup time, location, and assigns custody to you.
Click on "
Pick up".
Proceed with Delivery
After pickup, you can either:
Move the parcel to another site for further routing.
Drop off the parcel directly to the end recipient.
Note: Each pickup action is recorded in the system, providing a detailed audit trail for every parcel.
