How Parcel Tracker Works & Why Were You Registered

Explore how Parcel Tracker functions and understand the reason behind your registration.

Why were you registered?

The reception, student campus, or your building signed you up for Parcel Tracker to make parcel management easier and more organized.

As a recipient, you cannot create a Parcel Tracker account on your own. The reception, student campus, or your building has to sign you up. Once it's done, you will receive an email with login details which you can log in to view your parcel history.

With Parcel Tracker, you will be notified as soon as the front-of-house staff member logs the delivery into the system. So, once your parcels are ready for collection, you will be instantly notified via email or SMS.

How does Parcel Tracker work?

Parcel/mail management has become easier than ever, thanks to Parcel Tracker.

All you need to do is follow the steps below

  1. Get an email with a QR code and the number of parcels you can collect.

  2. Let the receptionist scan the QR code.

  3. Collect your parcel.

You do not need to sign in to your account on our website to get the QR code for collection. It will be sent to you via email.

You can also collect your parcel or mail without a QR code, but you will have to leave an electronic signature as proof of pickup.

You can delete your Parcel Tracker account by following the steps outlined in this article.
