Some of our recipients have multiple names. Are we able to add alternative names for residents?

Adding aliases, nicknames, and maiden names to a recipient profile.

Yes, absolutely! We have a feature specifically designed to handle cases like this. Since building management controls the official profiles, residents cannot add alternative names themselves and will need to request your front-of-house staff make the update for them.

Whether a resident regularly receives packages under a second name, a preferred nickname, or a maiden name, you can easily link these alternatives to their account. You can add the new name directly into the Alias/Nickname field of their profile using either the mobile app or the web platform.

Once this is updated, the system will recognize the alternative name. Any packages arriving under their primary name or their new alias will be successfully matched and logged to the recipient profile!
