Types of Recipients

There are two types of recipients on Parcel Tracker: Individuals and Companies.

  1. Individual Recipient: This refers to the person receiving the package. You would enter personal details such as their name, address, and possibly contact information like a phone number or email.

  2. Company Recipient: This refers to a business organization or department that is receiving the package. For company recipients, you would typically enter the business name, address, and possibly specific department or contact person details.

Our detection system accurately scans and captures recipient details from each package, so it's essential to enter recipient names, addresses, and contact information precisely to avoid delivery errors.
