I sometimes buy things with my English name. Can I add it to my Parcel Tracker account?

Yes, you absolutely can! If you regularly receive packages under an English name, a nickname, or a maiden name, you can easily have it linked to your profile so the mailroom staff knows the delivery belongs to you.

Because your building management controls your official recipient profile, you will not be able to edit this yourself. However, you can simply ask your front-of-house staff or receptionist to add your English name to the Alias/Nickname field in your Parcel Tracker account.

Once they update this, any packages arriving under either your primary name or your English name will be successfully logged to your profile!
