Edit Recipient’s Information

Learn how to update recipient details in Parcel Tracker.

Only Owners, Admins and Normal users can edit the recipient's information. Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Web Platform

⚠️ Email addresses cannot be changed, however you are able to add multiple emails for a single recipient.

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click on Recipients.

  2. Select the Recipient.

  3. Edit the desired info > click Save.

Android App

⚠️ Email addresses cannot be changed.

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Recipients.

  3. Click on the Recipient's name.

  4. Click Edit > edit the info and Update the changes.

IOS App

⚠️ Email addresses cannot be changed.

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Manage Recipients.

  3. Click on the Recipient's name.

  4. Edit the info > click Save.
