Edit Recipient’s Information

Learn how to update recipient details in Parcel Tracker.

Only Owners, Admins and Normal users can edit the recipient's information. Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Web Platform

⚠️ Email addresses cannot be changed; however, you are able to add multiple email addresses for a single recipient.

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, navigate to Recipients and open the Recipient.

  2. Edit the desired information, and it will be updated automatically.

Android App

⚠️ Email addresses cannot be changed.

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Recipients.

  3. Click on the Recipient's name.

  4. Click Edit > edit the info and Update the changes.

iOS App

⚠️ Email addresses cannot be changed.

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Recipients.

  3. Click on the Recipient's name.

  4. Click on the Three Dots at the top of the screen > click Edit and update the changes.
