How can I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go. Here is everything you need to know about deactivating your account

If you wish to permanently close your account and remove your data from the system, you can do so directly through our web platform.

To delete your account:

  1. Sign in to the Parcel Tracker Web Platform using your login credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Self-service Account Deletion section by following this link: Self-service Account Deletion for Recipients

  3. Confirm the deletion request as prompted.

Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is removed, you will lose access to all parcel history, site permissions, and personal settings.
