If you wish to permanently close your account and remove your data from the system, you can do so directly through our web platform.
To delete your account:
Sign in to the Parcel Tracker Web Platform using your login credentials.
Navigate to the Self-service Account Deletion section by following this link: Self-service Account Deletion for Recipients
Confirm the deletion request as prompted.
Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is removed, you will lose access to all parcel history, site permissions, and personal settings.
