Self-service Account Deletion for Mailroom Users

Learn how mailroom users can delete their own accounts using self-service option.

Mailroom users can now delete their accounts and associated data directly from our Web Platform without contacting customer support.

All deleted accounts will be permanently removed and cannot be restored beyond the set retention period, see our privacy policy for more details.

Begin by clicking Settings at the bottom left corner of the screen and navigate to Security. You'll be presented with the button to delete your workspace. Click on it, select your reason for deletion and leave a note for us: we would greatly appreciate your feedback.

Once you're ready to delete, type "Delete my account and data" on the last textbox and click on "Yes, delete all my data" to confirm.
