Mailroom users can now delete their accounts and associated data directly from our Web Platform without contacting customer support.
All deleted accounts will be permanently removed and cannot be restored beyond the set retention period. See our privacy policy for more details.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently remove your mailroom user account and data from the system:
Log in to your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform. Click on your username located at the bottom left corner of the screen then select
Preferences.Navigate to
Privacy.Click on the
Delete Accountbutton.Once you are ready to proceed, type "Delete my account and data" into the final text box. Click on
Yes, delete all my datato confirm and finalize the deletion.
