Learn how mailroom users can delete their own accounts using self-service option.

Mailroom users can now delete their accounts and associated data directly from our Web Platform without contacting customer support.

All deleted accounts will be permanently removed and cannot be restored, see our privacy policy for more details.

Begin by clicking on your name at the bottom left corner of the screen, select Edit Account, navigate to Privacy, choose Delete Account and Data > confirm by typing Delete Account and Data. Finally, click Yes, delete all my data.
