How to Delete a Site

Learn how to permanently remove sites from your Parcel Tracker account.

You can manage your site list directly from the Web Platform.

Only Owner and Admin users can remove sites. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Steps to Remove a Site

  1. Log in to the web platform and select Sites from the main navigation bar.

  2. Click the small checkbox located next to the name of the site you wish to remove.

    • Tip: To delete multiple sites at once, check the boxes for all relevant locations, or select the top "master" checkbox to select all.

  3. Click the Delete button that appears at the bottom of the screen.

  4. A confirmation window will appear. Click Delete to finalize the process.

Note: The deleted sites cannot be recovered beyond the set retention period under your Parcel Tracker account settings.
