Learn how to add multiple emails under one recipient’s name in Parcel Tracker to streamline your communication process. You can also edit recipient information to keep your records accurate and bulk upload recipients for efficient data management.

This feature is currently exclusively accessible on the Web Platform and Android App.

Only Owners, Admins and Normal users can edit the recipient's information. Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Web Platform

Navigate to Recipients from the toolbar, select the recipient's name, click on Additional Emails, enter the email addresses, and save the changes.

Android App

Navigate to Manage, then to Recipients. Search for the recipient's name and select it. Click Edit, then navigate to Additional Emails and enter the email addresses. Click on Add Email and finally, click Update to save your changes.
