You can add and delete a courier on our Web Platform and Android App.
Only Owners and Admin users can delete a courier.
Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.
Web Platform
In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Settings.Click
Couriers.Click on the
Small Squarenext to the Courier's name.Click
Delete.
5. Enter the number of Couriers you want to remove > click Confirm.
Android App
Click
Manage.Click
Manage Couriers.Hold down the Courier name you want to delete > click
Yes.
