Self-service Account Deletion for Recipients

Learn how to delete your Parcel Tracker account as a recipient.

Recipients can now delete their accounts and data on our Web Platform without contacting customer support.

Notes: All deleted accounts will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Begin by clicking on your name at the bottom left corner of the screen, select Edit Account, navigate to Privacy, choose Delete Account and Data > confirm by typing Delete Account and Data. Finally, click Yes, delete all my data.
