Recipients can now delete their accounts and data on our Web Platform without contacting support.
Notes: All deleted accounts will be permanently removed and cannot be restored after the set retention period.
How to delete your account
Click on your name at the bottom left corner of the screen and select
Preferences
Go to
Privacy.
Click the
DeleteAccountbutton. This pop-up window will show up; make sure to read the note thoroughly.
Type "Delete my account and data" on the textbox and click on
Yes, delete all my datato confirm the account deletion.
