Edit Your Company's Information

Learn how to update your company's information with this easy-to-follow guide.

Only Owner users can edit your company's information. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.

If you ever need to update your building's basic profile, such as your company name, physical address, or logo, you can easily do so in your account settings. To make any desired changes, you would only need to go through your settings on our Web Platform.

How to update your company details

  1. Log into your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform and click on Settings, located at the bottom corner of your screen.

  2. Navigate to the General tab.

  3. Update your company name, address, or logo in the provided fields.

  4. Once you are finished, be sure to click Save Changes to apply your changes!
