Edit Your Personal Information

Learn how to update and manage your personal information in your Parcel Tracker account.

You can easily update personal profile details like your first and last name directly from your account settings at any time.

For security purposes, your account email address cannot be updated manually. If you need to change your login email, please contact Parcel Tracker Support for assistance. You may still update your name or password at any time through your account settings.

Edit Your Personal Information on the Web Platform

To update your profile details, you will first need to access your account.

  1. Go to the Parcel Tracker website and click Log In.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Continue to sign in.

  3. Once logged in, click on your Name at the bottom corner of the screen to open the user menu then select Preferences from the pop-up list.

  4. Navigate to the General tab. Here, you can update your profile information.

  5. Click Save Changes to instantly apply your changes.

Edit Your Personal Information on the Mobile App

You can also update your personal information and change your password on the go using the Parcel Tracker mobile app.

  1. Open the app and tap Settings on the bottom navigation menu.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. Tap on the pencil icon on the upper right of the screen to edit your account information.

  4. Edit your account name as you see fit then tap Save to keep the changes made.
