How to Edit your Personal Information & Change your Password

Whether you need to fix a typographical error in your name or routinely change your password for facility security, you can easily manage your personal profile directly from the Parcel Tracker web platform and mobile application.

Edit Your Personal Information

To update your profile details, you will first need to access your account.

  1. Go to the Parcel Tracker website and click Login.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click continue to sign in.

  3. Once logged in, click on your Name at the bottom corner of the screen to open the user menu then select Preferences from the pop-up list.

  4. Navigate to the General tab. Here, you can update your profile information.

  5. Click Save Changes to instantly apply your changes.

Change Your Password

  1. Go to the Parcel Tracker website and click Login.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click continue to sign in.

  3. Once logged in, click on your Name at the bottom corner of the screen to open the user menu then select Preferences from the pop-up list.

  4. Navigate to the Security tab. Here you can enter your Current Password and change into a New Password.

  5. Click Change Password to finalize the update.

Manage Your Account via the Mobile App

You can also update your personal information and change your password on the go using the Parcel Tracker mobile app.

  1. Open the app and tap Settings on the bottom navigation menu.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. Tap on the pencil icon on the upper right of the screen to edit your account information.

  4. Tap Change Password to initiate a password change.
