How to Change Your Password

Learn how to change your password in your Parcel Tracker account.

Keeping your account secure is important! You can easily update your password at any time using either the web platform or the mobile app.

Change Your Password Using the Web Platform:

  1. Go to the Parcel Tracker website and click Login.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click continue to sign in.

  3. Once logged in, click on your Name at the bottom corner of the screen to open the user menu then select Preferences from the pop-up list.

  4. Navigate to the Security tab. Here you can enter your Current Password and change into a New Password.

  5. Click Change Password to finalize the update.

If you do not know your current password, you will need to log out and use this link to reset it instead. You will need to input the email address of your account so we can send you a link to reset your password.

Change Your Password via the Mobile App

You can also update your personal information and change your password on the go using the Parcel Tracker mobile app.

  1. Open the app and tap Settings on the bottom navigation menu.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. Tap on the pencil icon on the upper right of the screen to edit your account information.

  4. Tap Change Password to initiate a password change.
