How to Log Outbound Parcels

Learn how to log outbound parcels in Parcel Tracker.

Parcel Tracker's outbound parcels feature lets you record the parcels and mail leaving your site.

You can log outbound parcels on our Web Platform and Android App.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar.

  2. Click Outbound.

  3. Click the Log New Delivery button.

  • Start typing the sender's name > select sender > enter the recipient's name.

    Enter the recipient's address > enter the city > enter the postcode> enter the country.

    Enter the barcode/identifier > enter the courier name > enter the tracking number.

4. Click Add.

While logging outbound parcels, the only mandatory field is the sender's name. The rest of the fields are optional.

Android App

  1. Click Outbound.

  2. Click Log Parcel.

  3. Select the Sender.

  4. Press the Blue Button to take a photo.

5. Enter the tracking number > enter the identifier > click the drop-down arrow to select the courier > add notes or take a picture of the barcode by clicking on the Camera icon.

6. Click Add Parcel.

7. Click Log Parcels.

While logging outbound parcels, the only mandatory field is the sender's name. The rest of the fields are optional.
