Download Recipients’ Information onto Your PC

Exporting and saving your recipient directory for your records.

Keeping a secure, offline copy of your building's recipient directory is a great way to maintain an organized record. You can easily download your current recipients' information directly from the Parcel Tracker system straight to your computer.

How to download your recipient list

  1. Log into your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform and navigate to the Recipients tab found on the main navigation bar.

  2. Click on Export to access the file download options for your directory.

Only Owner and Admin users can download recipients' information. Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.
