Within the Mailroom Users section of the Web Platform’s main navigation bar, you can quickly organize your user list using the sortable column headers. This helps you locate specific staff members or group users by their permission levels.
How to Sort Your List
On the Web Platform, follow these steps to organize your user directory:
Access Settings: From the main navigation bar, click on
Settings.Navigate to Users: Select
Mailroom Usersfrom the sub-menu.Sort Columns: Click
Sort, choose betweenName, Email, or User Leveland then clickUp or Down arrowsabove the headers to sort your list in ascending or descending order.Filter by Site: Use the
Sitesfilter to narrow your view to users assigned to specific locations.Efficient site and user management is the key to a smooth mailroom operation. Regularly reviewing your Mailroom Users list ensures that your team always has the correct access levels for their specific sites.
