When managing multiple facilities or buildings, keeping your communications consistent is key. Instead of manually creating the exact same email notification for every individual location, you can quickly assign a single, standardized template to all your sites at once directly from the web platform.
Only Owner and Admin users can assign email notification templates across multiple sites. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.
Assigning a Template on the Web Platform
Follow these steps to deploy an email notification template across all your registered locations:
Log in to your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform and click
Notificationson the main navigation bar.Locate the specific notification category you need and click the
Plus symbolnext to that section to expand it and view the active templates.Click the
Actionsmenu of your selected template to reveal your management options.Select
Assign Allfrom the dropdown list to immediately apply the template across all your sites.
Note: If you decide to edit the template that has been assigned to all your sites, then all the sites using the edited template will also be updated.
