Learn how to assign a template to all active sites in Parcel Tracker for consistent email notifications across locations. You can also delete an email notification template, select a template from the list, and create a new email notification template to suit your organization’s needs.
Only Owners and Admin users can edit email templates.
Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.
In your Parcel Tracker account, click Notifications.
Click the
Plus
button of the section that interests you.
Click on the template you want to delete > click
Actions
.Click
Assign All
.
Note: If you decide to edit the template that has been assigned to all your buildings, then all the buildings with the edited template will also be updated.
