How to turn the Outbound Parcels Feature On

Learn how to enable or disable the outbound tracking feature in your Parcel Tracker account.

The Outbound Parcels feature allows you to effectively log, track, and manage any packages that are being sent out from your location or facility. Whether you are working from a computer or scanning on the go, you can turn on the Outbound Parcels feature on our web platform and mobile application.

Only Owners and Admin users can enable the Outbound Parcels feature. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Using the Web Platform:

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click on Settings on the main navigation bar.

  2. Navigate to the Features tab and select it.

  3. Find Outbound Parcels and toggle the switch to turn the feature on (or off).

Using the Mobile App:

  1. Open the Parcel Tracker app and tap the Settings icon.

  2. Select Features from the menu.

  3. Toggle the switch next to Outbound to turn it on.

  4. Tap Update to save your changes!
