How to turn the Outbound Parcels Feature On

Learn how to turn the outbound parcels feature on or off in Parcel Tracker.

The outbound parcels feature is used to effectively manage parcels that are being sent out from a location or facility. You can turn on the Outbound Parcels feature on our Web platform and on the Android App.

Only Owners and Admin users can enable this feature.

Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Features tab.

  3. Turn on Outbound Parcels.

Android App

  1. Click the Settings icon.

  2. Click Features.

  3. Turn on Outbound > click Update.
