Parcel Tracker's Additional parcel details feature lets you <a href="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">add some extra information</a> to your parcel entries, including tags (Damaged, Rejected, Perishable, Large item), notes, parcel dimensions, courier name, and identifier.

Only Owners and Admin users can turn the additional parcel details feature on. Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions <a href="https://intercom-help.eu/parcel-tracker/en/articles/177734-types-of-parcel-tracker-mailroom-users-and-their-permissions" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

In your Parcel Tracker account, click <code>Settings</code>.

Turn on the <code>Additional Parcel Details</code>.

2. Navigate to the Features tab.
3. Turn on the <code>Additional Parcel Details</code>.

Turn on the <code>Additional Parcel Details</code> &gt; click <code>Update Configuration</code>.
