View the History of Pending and Collected Outbound Parcels

Discover how to track the status, activity logs, and comprehensive details of your outgoing parcels.

Maintaining accurate records is just as important for outgoing parcels as it is for incoming deliveries. Parcel Tracker provides a complete digital ledger for every outbound item, allowing you to monitor its journey from the mailroom to its collection. You can access the complete history, status updates, and specific details of every outbound parcel via both the Web Platform and the Mobile App.

Viewing Outbound History on the Web Platform

When you access your outbound directory, you can use your dashboard columns to get a quick overview of your shipments (such as their current checkout or drop-off status), or you can dive into a specific parcel to see its full timeline.

  2. Review your dashboard columns to quickly check the overall status of your outgoing items.

  4. Review the activity log inside the parcel entry to see its exact timeline, including whether it is currently pending or has been successfully collected.
