View the History of Inbound Deliveries

Learn how to view the history of inbound deliveries, proof of pickup, and more in Parcel Tracker.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries.

  2. Click Inbound.

  3. Click on the Delivery you need.

  • View parcel details.

You can add some additional details to your logged parcels, such as tracking number, parcel tags (damaged, rejected, perishable, large item), parcel dimensions, and notes.

Click Update to save the changes.

You also have the ability to filter and download the list of inbound parcels.

Android App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click History.

  3. Click on the Parcel you need > view parcel details.

IOS App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Search History.

  3. Click on the Parcel you need > view parcel details.

Note: In the case of collected parcels, you can view the proof of collection.
