Filter Outbound Deliveries by Columns, Tags, Date and More

Learn how to filter your parcel history.

Simply select the criteria you want to apply, and the system will display the relevant results.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar.

  2. Click Outbound.

  3. See the total number of pending and collected inbound parcels (since you started using Parcel Tracker).

  • Click on the Search Bar to search for a specific inbound delivery.

In this section of your Parcel Tracker account, you can sort your Outbound deliveries by different filters.

Columns

Columns in the deliveries section allow you to toggle visibility for shipment details like tracking numbers, images, recipients, statuses, carriers, dates, and more.

  1. Click Columns > turn on/off the switch next to the columns you need.

Drop-off Date

Filter by Drop-off Date. This will allow you to see only the parcels that were dropped off during a predefined date range.

2. Click Drop-off Date > choose the start date & time > choose the end date & time.

Collection Date

Filter by Collection Date. This will allow you to see only the parcels that couriers collected from the site during a predefined date range.

3. Click Collection Date > choose the start date & time > choose the end date & time.

Dropped Off & Collected

  • Filter by Dropped Off, Collected, or Both.

Dropped Off only shows the parcels that have been dropped off but not collected yet.

Collected only shows the parcels that have been collected by the courier.

Dropped Off & Collected shows both of the above.
