Sort Outbound Deliveries by Sender, Recipient and More

Discover how to organize and sort your outgoing shipments by sender, date, and custom criteria in Parcel Tracker.

Updated over a week ago

When managing a high volume of outgoing mail, finding what you need quickly is essential. Sorting allows you to instantly reorganize your dashboard alphabetically, chronologically, or by any other active column, ensuring the most relevant outbound parcels are always at the top of your screen.

In Parcel Tracker, the way your data is labeled depends on your active features. By default, if you only track incoming items, your main navigation menu will simply say Parcels. Once the Outbound Parcels feature is enabled, the Parcels menu automatically expands to include separate categories for Inbound and Outbound. This allows you to easily distinguish between incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments within your account.

Sorting on the Web Platform

  1. Log in to the Parcel Tracker web platform, click Parcels on the main navigation bar, and select Outbound.

  2. Ensure your desired columns are active (such as Sender, Recipient, Checked-out, or Dropped Off date) by clicking Columns and checking the relevant boxes.

  3. Click Sort at the top of the dashboard to open your sorting options.

  4. Select the category you wish to organize your directory by (e.g., Sender, Recipient, or Dropped Off date).

  5. Click the Up/Down arrow found on the top of the dropdown menu to toggle between ascending and descending order.
