When managing a high volume of mail, finding what you need quickly is essential. Sorting allows you to instantly reorganize your dashboard alphabetically, chronologically, or by any other active column, ensuring the most relevant parcels are always at the top of your screen.
In Parcel Tracker, the way your data is labeled depends on your active features. By default, if you only track incoming items, your main navigation menu will simply say Parcels. Once the Outbound Parcels feature is enabled, the Parcels menu automatically expands to include separate categories for Inbound and Outbound. This allows you to easily distinguish between incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments within your account.
