How to Mark Outbound Deliveries as Collected by the Courier

Learn how to mark outbound deliveries as collected by the courier.

You can mark outbound deliveries as collected by the courier on our Web Platform and Android App.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar.

  2. Click Outbound.

  3. Click the Mark as Collected button in front of your parcel.

4. Enter the courier's call sign > leave a signature or a note > click Collect.

A call sign is a unique identifier used to designate a specific shipment or transport unit.

Android App

  1. Click Outbound.

  2. Click Courier Handoff.

  3. Select the Courier.

  4. Click Select All next to the name of your sender.

  5. Click Collect Selected.

  6. Enter the courier's call sign > leave a signature or a note > click Collect Parcels.
