Filter Inbound Deliveries by Columns, Tags, Date and More

Learn how to filter your parcels.

Simply select the criteria you want to apply, and the system will display the relevant results.

Web Platform

  • In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar

  • Click Inbound.

  • See the total number of pending and collected inbound parcels (since you started using Parcel Tracker).

  • Click on the search bar to search for a specific inbound delivery.

In this section of your Parcel Tracker account, you can sort your inbound deliveries by different filters.

Columns

Columns in the deliveries section allow you to toggle visibility for shipment details like tracking numbers, images, recipients, statuses, carriers, dates, and more.

  1. Click Columns > turn on/off the switch next to the columns you need.

Tags

Filter by Tags: Damaged, Rejected, Perishable, and Large item.

2. Click Tags > select any tag. You can select multiple tags.

Delivery Date

Filter by Delivery Date. This will allow you to see only the parcels that were delivered during a predefined date range.

3. Click Delivery Date > choose the start date & time > choose the end date & time.

Collection Date

Filter by Collection Date. This will allow you to see only the parcels that couriers collected from the site during a predefined date range.

4. Click Collection Date > choose the start date & time > choose the end date & time.

Parcel Status

Filter by Delivered, Collected, or Both.

  • Delivered only shows the parcels that have been delivered but not collected yet.

  • Collected only shows the parcels that have been collected by the recipient.

  • Delivered & Collected shows both of the above.

Android App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Search History.

  3. Click the Filter icon.

IOS App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click History.

  3. Click Filter.
