Only Owners and Admin users can edit Site information.

Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions <a href="https://intercom-help.eu/parcel-tracker/en/articles/177734-types-of-parcel-tracker-mailroom-users-and-their-permissions" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

In your Parcel Tracker account, click <code>Sites</code>.

Click on the <code>Site</code> you want to edit.

Edit the details &gt; click <code>Save</code>.
