How to Manage Notification Channels (Web Platform)
Log in to your account on the Parcel Tracker Web Platform.
Select
Recipientsfrom the main navigation menu.
Locate the person you wish to update and click
Opento view their profile.
By default, the
Defer to template level notification channel configurationtoggle is on. To customize channels for this recipient, toggle it off.
Under
Enabled Channels, select your preferred channels from the dropdown, such asEmail,SMS, or any combination available on your account.
Note: By default, recipients follow the notification channels enabled in their assigned template. To customize channels for a specific recipient, toggle off Defer to template level notification channel configuration and select your preferred channels.
How to Manage Notification Channels (Mobile Application)
Launch the Parcel Tracker app and tap the
Manageicon on the bottom-right of the navigation bar.Tap on the
Recipientsmenu option.Locate and tap on the specific recipient's name to open their profile.
Tap the
editicon found on the bottom right.Scroll down to find the
Use Account Defaultstoggle. By default, this is turned on: "This recipient follows the account notification settings." To customize channels for this recipient, toggle it off.Under the channels dropdown, select your preferred channels, such as
Email,SMS, or any combination available on your account, then tapSave.
Note: By default, recipients follow the account notification settings. To customize channels for a specific recipient, toggle off Use Account Defaults and select your preferred channels individually.
